AN INVITATION
Some seasons of life arrive with a quiet ache that productivity cannot soothe. You function. You meet the demands. You hold the people who depend on you. And still, somewhere inside, a part of you feels far away — as though you have gone missing from your own life.
This is the work I do. Not fixing what is broken, but helping you remember what was buried, silenced, or left behind in order to survive. Healing, in its deepest sense, is the sacred work of return.
You are not beginning from nothing. You are beginning from memory.
THE APPROACH
A practice rooted in presence, science, and ancestral wisdom.
I.
Trauma-Informed Care
Sessions move at the pace your nervous system can hold. We honor protection before we ask for openness. Nothing is forced. Everything is met with compassion and clinical attentiveness.
II.
Identity Before Behavior
Lasting change does not come from managing symptoms. It comes from remembering who you were before survival began authoring your life. We work with the self beneath the strategies.
III.
Culturally Grounded
Drawing on Afrocentric philosophy, Caribbean realities, and ancestral wisdom alongside contemporary neuroscience and clinical theory. Healing that honors where you come from, not only where you are going.
◆ Trauma and Healing the Whole
For those living with the echoes of heavy seasons — childhood trials, relational grief, or long-held stress. This space is not for reliving pain, but for softly reconnecting with the parts of you that were tucked away for safety, allowing them to finally be heard and integrated.

◆ Anxiety and the Nervous System
For those holding a deep fatigue that rest cannot reach. Together, we listen to the body’s wisdom, guiding the nervous system back toward a genuine sense of calm.

◆ Inner Connection and the Path Home
For those who move through life with grace but feel a quiet distance from their own heart. This practice is a gentle invitation to stop performing and begin the brave journey of returning to the authentic self you set aside to keep moving forward.
Cultural, Generational, and Ancestral Grief
For those carrying weight that did not begin with them. This work honors the cultural and ancestral dimensions of healing that contemporary therapy often overlooks.
